I have a free account. How do I upgrade to a premium account?
Log in to your account at www.didiom.com/login, click "My Account" and change your subscription plan from free to premium. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal site to make your payment. When your payment is complete, your account will be upgraded automatically.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be transferred to the PayPal site to make your payment. When your payment is complete, you will be transferred back to Didiom.com to download Didiom Pro.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards with billing addresses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How do I know my payment is secure?
Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your computer screen.

I have a premium account. Do I need to enter a license number into Didiom Pro?
No. Once you buy a premium subscription, we seamlessly make all premium features available to you.

I upgraded my account from free to premium. Do I have to redownload Didiom Pro?
No. Once you upgrade your account, the new premium features will automatically appear on the mobile application you have already downloaded.

How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information at any time by simply logging in to your account.

What happens if I cancel my premium account?
Your account will automatically revert to a free account after your monthly/annual subscription period.
