I downloaded Didiom Pro from BlackBerry App World and set it up on my BlackBerry. How do I download the desktop application?
Didiom Pro Desktop is available for download at www.didiom.com/pro.exe.

Is it safe to stream audio from my computer to my phone?
Yes. All streams are SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted. The SSL system is the most widely used system for the secure transmission of content, and is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. The version we use – known as 128-bit SSL – is the standard for high-value transmissions, such as online banking transactions.

The sound quality is not as good as I’d like it to be. What can I do?
Launch Didiom Pro on your mobile device, click “Settings” on the home screen and then choose "Settings" again from the menu that appears. Set the streaming bit rate to 128Kbps. We also recommend that you enable Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) or port-forwarding in your router's settings. Please consult your router's manual for specific details, or contact your router’s tech support for more information.

The streaming quality is not as good as I’d like it to be. What can I do?
Your home broadband connection might affect the quality of streaming. Normally, the higher the upload speed at your home, the better the streaming quality. To use Didiom Pro, your home broadband connection should have an upload speed of at least 256 Kbps.

Will Didiom share my personal information?
No. We distribute content, not personal information. We respect and protect your privacy and only use your information to service your account. Your account information is encrypted and will be stored on our secure servers.

Can I receive a call while I am playing music from my library?
